Turkish Tractor produces its 10,000th cab

TurkTraktor, the most established manufacturer in Türkiye's automotive sector, rolled off its 10,000th cab at the Erenler Factory, which celebrated its 10th anniversary last year. This proud achievement marks a new milestone for the Erenler Factory, Europe's tractor production hub.

Turkish Tractor produces its 10,000th cab

Highlighting TürkTraktör's countless achievements throughout its more than 70-year history, TürkTraktör Company Leader Matthieu Séjourné said, "As a company that has surpassed 1 million in tractor production, 600,000 engines, and over 1,000 excavator loaders. Now, we are proud and delighted to roll off the 10,000th cab from our Erenler Factory. Reaching this milestone so quickly on our cab line, which began operations in 2022, is a success story in itself, in line with our vertical growth strategy. I would like to once again express my deepest gratitude to the TürkTraktör family for demonstrating this determination and dedication.“ Séjourné stated that they have maintained their uninterrupted market leadership for 18 years, accounting for 63% of tractor production in Türkiye, adding, ”We are not content with just our production power; we are using our sphere of influence to advance and transform agriculture and cities. Drawing strength from our 70-year history, we are diversifying our investments and leading the sector in production, exports, and R&D. The successes we have achieved today are the guarantee of our tomorrow. With our cabin investments, our steps in sustainability, our innovative technologies, and the developments we have achieved in agricultural equipment, we will continue to be the locomotive of our sector."

Investment in Cabin Frame Production Line

TürkTraktör took a significant step with its new 8,000 m² cabin frame production line, which it commissioned in the first quarter of 2025 with an investment of 29 million Euros. The facility, which includes robotic welding, cathodic dip painting, and painting processes, has implemented high automation and Industry 4.0 technologies with a 12-robot welding line, a 2-robot paint shop, AMR and AGV robots. With this investment, the company has increased its production capabilities by starting to manufacture cabin frames entirely in-house, taking quality and flexibility in responding to customer demands to the highest level with 100% robotic control and Class V paint standards. This development is the next step following the assembly lines we launched in 2022.

About the Erenler Factory

Opened on TürkTraktör's 60th anniversary, the Sakarya Erenler Factory is built on an area of 402,000 m² and stands out as Europe's largest tractor factory. Operating with 4 tractor assembly lines, 2 robotic paint shops, 1 cab assembly line, and 1 tractor final inspection line, the facility meets high standards of quality, flexibility, and sustainability with advanced purification systems and environmentally friendly production technologies, maintaining its position as the driving force of Turkey's agricultural machinery sector. The Erenler Factory reinforces its pioneering approach by implementing World-Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient production processes based on the principle of continuous improvement.
