During the visit, the TSA delegation met with Türkiye’s Ambassador to Vilnius Esra Toplu and Trade Counsellor Gökhan Karaca to discuss steel trade between Türkiye and Lithuania, potential cooperation opportunities between the two countries, and the objectives of the planned sectoral trade delegation programme.
The TSA delegation included Secretary General Dr. Armağan Vurdu, Branch Manager Uygar Tatar, and Branch Chief Dr. A. Samet Damar.
The meeting addressed the development of bilateral trade relations, the evaluation of new cooperation opportunities in the steel sector, and preparations for the sectoral trade delegation programme to be organized for Lithuania.
Following the visit, the Turkish Steel Exporters’ Association thanked Ambassador Esra Toplu and Trade Counsellor Gökhan Karaca for their hospitality and contributions to the programme.
