Turkey's imported scrap prices went down as trade weakens

Turkey's imported scrap prices decreased in the second half of March due to the market conditions. Scrap prices, which were $450 at the beginning of March, increased by $15 to $465 on March 13. The prices, which decreased gradually in the second half of March, decreased to the level of 444 dollars with the last bookings. 

For April shipment A producer from the Marmara sells 80/20 scrap from the USA at 444$ (80/20 25,000 tons 444$, 12,000 tons Shrd 464$, 3,000tons Bonus 464$) and 85/15 scrap for May shipment at 446$ (85/ 15 30.000tons 446$, 15.000tons shred 461$) have been recorded.
