In a statement to the Algerian News Agency, Mr. Alp Topkiogli highlighted that almost all administrative procedures have been completed, including the preparation of the floor for this factory, which is located next to the rest of the boat’s units, and that the work will start next November.
Flat steel is used in the manufacture of car bodies, vehicle parts, home electronics, and more.
The same official adds that this factory allows the production of flat steel to meet the needs of handling companies and small enterprises, lifting and increasing the rate of integration in the industrial field, as well as contributing to reducing the import bill for this product.
This project will also provide 2,000 direct and indirect job opportunities, and it is planned to be completed within 30 months at the latest.
It should be recalled that the production of Tosyali Algeria during the current year is 3 million tons of various steel products that are marketed locally, and to meet the needs of export, and it is planned that production will double to 6 million tons of various steel products in the horizons of 2025 after the completion of the flat steel production plant.
Tosyali Algeria, which works to embody the state’s policy in the field of expanding investment and export outside the hydrocarbon sector, aspires to meet national needs with quality products used in many projects, including housing, infrastructure, dams and public works, and to achieve the largest possible number of export operations from Various types of steel to many foreign countries.
