According to the information obtained from TOKİ, an auction will be held on Tuesday, August 2 at 10.30 for 110 residences built by TOKİ within the scope of Gaziosmanpaşa Sarıgöl Project, and at 10.30 on Wednesday, August 3 for 75 residences within the scope of Beyoğlu Sütlüce Project.
In the auction to be held at the TOKİ Istanbul Service Building Conference Hall for a total of 185 residences, bids can be received via live broadcast on the internet address "www.emlakmuzayede.com.tr".
Buyers will be able to own the houses with a 50 percent down payment and a maturity of 120 months.
At the end of the sale, the Gaziosmanpaşa residences will be delivered to the buyers immediately, and the Beyoğlu Sütlüce Mahallesi residences will be delivered within 12 months.
Applications will begin on July 18.
Banking services related to the auction will be carried out by Türkiye Halk Bankası AŞ.
