THY and Emlak Konut are developing a giant project that will host 14 thousand residences

According to THY's statement on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it has been decided to start housing project development on the land in which Turkish Airlines and Emlak Konut GYO each hold 50 percent of the shares.

In the statement, "Within the scope of the project, a total of 14 thousand houses are planned to be built in stages and put up for sale under the management of Emlak Konut GYO, and the right to draw will be determined by our partnership to sell at least 3 thousand of the houses to be built to the employees of Turkish Airlines and its subsidiaries." it was said.
