According to the final result of the expedited end-of-period review of the anti-dumping tax order, the US Department of Commerce has canceled the existing anti-dumping order on certain cold rolled flat steel products from Brazil, China, India, Japan, South Korea and the United Kingdom 7%, It is likely that dumping will continue or recur at a rate of 60 to 265.79%.
The weighted average margin for Brazil was 35.43% and for China was 265.79%. India, Japan and South Korea are assigned 7.60%, 71.35% and 28.42% respectively. The UK's possible dumping margin was set at 25.17%.
The original antidumping duty in these countries was published in July and September 2016, and the period-end review was initiated on 1 June 2021.
