The regulation of Istanbul Finance Center (IFC), which is the vision project of Turkey's century, was signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and published in the official gazette on Friday, July 7, 2023, and came into effect. With the regulation, the leasing of all relevant units within the Istanbul Finance Center, the admission of new participants, the operation of IFC facilities, as well as security, maintenance, repair, and dues, will be managed by Istanbul Finance Center Inc. for a period of 20 years. The regulation also specifies the procedures and principles for the management, operation, issuance of participant certificates, and the functioning of the one-stop office in the IFC.
