The fire at Iskenderun Port continues on its third day

After the 7.7 and 7.6 magnitude earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş, the fire in the overturned containers at the Iskenderun Port in Hatay continues.

After the intervention on Tuesday, the Ministry of National Defense (MSB) made a statement that "the fire that occurred in the Iskenderun Port was extinguished with the aerial intervention of the helicopters of our Land Forces and the aircraft of our Air Forces".

However, later on, the statement was revised and it was stated that "The fire that occurred in Iskenderun Port was intervened from the air with helicopters belonging to our Land Forces and aircraft belonging to our Air Forces".
