Tata Steel UK to boost steel imports from its Indian parent company

Due to issues with production in the UK and Holland, Tata Steel UK will be able to gradually import more hot rolled coil (HRC), primarily from its Indian parent company, starting in July.

Steelmaker Tata Steel UK is importing 25,000 tons of hot-rolled coil (HRC) from its Indian parent company in June and could deliver more during the next quota period.
