In the last week, the trade price index for ferrous metal products in Russia has lost 3.65 points. The past three quarters have showed only growth.
During this period, prices for 7 types of rolled products decreased. The biggest price decrease was seen in rebar with a rate of 2.28%. While the least price increase was seen in hot rolled steel products with a rate of 0.22%, the most significant change was in galvanized flat products with an increase of 1.22%.
Prices for products such as rebar, flats, pipes, angles and channels have been declining for the fourth week in a row, while prices for flat products have been slowly increasing since August.
