Çukurova Grubu'nun, Show Tv hisselerinin Tasarruf Mevduatı Sigorta Fonu (TMSF) gözetiminde, Ciner Grubu'na 402 milyon dolara satışı konusunda ön protokol imzaladığı açıklandı.

TMSF'den yapılan açıklamada, Çukurova Grubu'nun Show Tv hisselerini TMSF gözetiminde Ciner Grubu'na 402 milyon dolara satışı konusunda ön protokol imzaladığı duyuruldu.

Açıklamada ayrıca Show Tv Genel Müdürlüğüne Habertürk televizyonu Genel Müdürü Semih Kaya'nın getirildiği belirtilirken, Show Tv eski Genel Müdürü Serdar Çaloğlu'nun ise Yönetim Kurulu Danışmanı olarak atandığı açıklandı.
