ŞA-RA Enerji signed new contracts worth more than TRY 4 billion in a single month

ŞA-RA Enerji, one of Türkiye’s leading companies in the industrial and energy sectors, announced new tenders and sales contracts worth more than TRY 4 billion through three disclosures made on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on July 28, August 17, and August 25. The total value of the contracts announced by the company over the past month has reached approximately 59% of its 2025 revenue.

ŞA-RA Enerji signed new contracts worth more than TRY 4 billion in a single month

ŞA-RA Enerji İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş., following its public offering on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker SARAE with a gong ceremony held on July 17, has attracted attention with its successive tender and sales announcements.

ŞA-RA Enerji, which announced an overseas electricity transmission line construction contract worth EUR 17.6 million (approximately USD 20.5 million) on July 28, 2026, subsequently announced a domestic sales order worth TRY 318,750,700 (approximately USD 6.6 million) on August 17, 2026. In the company’s latest announcement dated August 25, 2026, a domestic electricity transmission line construction contract worth TRY 2,938,874,760.30 (approximately USD 61.1 million) was announced. The total value of the three announcements made by ŞA-RA Enerji within the last month exceeded TRY 4 billion, corresponding to approximately 59% of the company’s total revenue in 2025.

Mertay Türk, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ŞA-RA Group of Companies, made the following assessment regarding the company’s consecutive new contracts and financial performance:“As ŞA-RA Enerji, we are one of the few companies in the world that produces all components of energy transmission lines within its own structure and can offer turnkey projects. With our long-standing history and expertise, we have a strong and respected position in both national and global markets.”

ŞA-RA Enerji Signs TRY 2.9 Billion Electricity Transmission Line Construction Contract

In the disclosure made by ŞA-RA Enerji İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. to KAP on August 25, 2026, regarding a New Business Relationship, under the title “High Voltage Electricity Transmission Line Construction Contract with a Domestic Customer,” the following statements were included:“Our company has signed an electricity transmission line construction contract worth TRY 2,938,874,760.30 (approximately USD 61,100,000) with a domestic customer, and the contract is planned to be completed in 2027. The contract size is approximately 41% of the Company’s 2025 revenue.”

Delivery of the TRY 318 Million Order to Be Completed in 2026

On August 17, 2026, the company had made the following announcement under the title “Material Sales to a Domestic Customer”:“An order for energy transmission line connection components worth a total of TRY 318,750,700 (approximately USD 6,670,000) has been received between our company ŞA-RA Enerji A.Ş. and a domestic customer, and the deliveries subject to the orders are planned to be completed in 2026.”

EUR 17.5 Million Construction Contract in Moldova

The company announced on July 28, 2026, that it had signed a High Voltage Electricity Transmission Line Construction Contract with Moldova’s electricity transmission system operator Moldelectrica within a joint venture established with its Group Company.

The company stated in its announcement:“Within the joint venture established by our group company Şa-Ra Teknoloji Tesis A.Ş., our company Şa-Ra Enerji İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. has signed an electricity transmission line construction contract worth EUR 17,567,731.78 (approximately TRY 945,870,000) with a customer located abroad, and the contract is planned to be completed in 2028. The contract size is approximately 13% of the Company’s 2025 revenue.”
