Şirketimizin 2020 yıl sonu gayrimenkul değerlemeleri neticesinde; aktifinde bulunan arsa ve binalarının değeri 3.040.715.000 TL, Sale & Leaseback yöntemi ile geri kiraladığımız binalarımızın değeri 77.765.000 TL olmuştur. Toplam portföyümüzün büyüklüğü ise 2.500.134.000 TL değerden yaklaşık %25 artarak, yeni değerleme sonuçları ile 3.118.480.000 TL'ye ulaşmıştır.
