The "Communiqué on the Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports" prepared by the Ministry of Commerce came into force after being published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, based on the application of the domestic producer, it was decided to initiate a final review investigation regarding the anti-dumping measures in force in the import of some stainless steel products under the title of "other thin and thick pipes and hollow sections of iron or steel" originating from China and Taiwan.
