Qatar-Algeria Steel announced export figures

Algeria's steel company Qatar exported 320,000 tons of products in the first quarter of 2023. In the first quarter of this year, Qatar-Algeria Steel exported approximately 200  million dolors to international markets, including 320,000 tons of rebar, wire coils and slabs. This year, there has been an important development in the export of Algeria-Qatar Steel. This allows to bet that products will reach all four continents of the world, despite the short time all units of transactions take.

In the last year of 2022, AQS company exported 240,000 tons, equivalent to approximately 160 million dollars. By gaining an important place on the Algerian map, the Qatar-Algeria firm aims to restrict the country's imports, increase its export value and diversify its income sources outside the Hydrocarbon sector.
