Accordingly, the company’s net profit for the quarter ended March 2026 increased by 35.29% year-on-year to INR 0.23 crore. Sales revenue rose by 135.97% during the same period, reaching INR 5.97 crore. In the same quarter of the previous year, the company had reported sales of INR 2.53 crore and a net profit of INR 0.17 crore.
Looking at the full-year results, Prabhu Steel Industries posted a net profit of INR 0.52 crore in fiscal year 2026, compared to a net loss of INR 0.56 crore in fiscal year 2025. The company’s annual sales increased by 34.07% to INR 16.88 crore. In the previous year, this figure stood at INR 12.59 crore.
An improvement in profitability indicators was also observed. The company’s operating profit margin stood at 2.35% on a quarterly basis, whereas it was at a negative level in the same period last year. Profit before depreciation and tax (PBDT) increased by 52% during the quarter to INR 0.35 crore and by 186% annually to INR 0.83 crore. Profit before tax (PBT) rose by 36% during the quarter to INR 0.30 crore and by 200% for the full year to INR 0.69 crore.
