The Mexican Secretariat of Economic Affairs (SE) has decided not to impose an antidumping duty on carbon and alloy steel plates imported from Brazil and Russia.
The investigation began in September 2020 after ArcelorMittal Mexico complained that it had harmed Russian and Brazilian companies between 2017 and 2019. It supplied semi-finished products to Mexico at dumping prices.
