One of the companies mentioned, Maruichi Sun Steel, was the only company exempted from paying tariffs. The duties for Nam Kim Steel, Hoa Sen Group, Pomina Flat Steel, and Hoa Phat Steel Sheet were in the range of 6.64-12.34%. A single value of 10.84% was determined for all other Vietnamese companies as well.
Ternium and Tenigal, which produces about 70% of all coated flats in Mexico, have approached the agency with a request to conduct an investigation.
