Meshary Al-Judaimi: The supply of high-quality raw materials in the Gulf region remains balanced

Al-Judaimi stated that each pelletizing plant — that is, a raw material converter or processing facility — follows specific strategies to ensure the supply of high-quality raw materials needed by producers in the region. 

He explained that at Bahrain Steel, the pelletizing arm of Foulath Holding, these strategies primarily involve sourcing raw materials from various mines and suppliers and applying a blending method, which both reduces supply risks and optimizes the properties of the final product. 

Al-Judaimi added, “By creating diversity in our supply chain, we are building a sustainable production structure. Currently, there is an overall balance between the supply and demand of high-quality raw materials.”
