İngiliz yayım devi Trinity Mirror rakibi Local World'ü 337 milyon dolara satın alıyor.

Medyada 337 Milyon Dolarlık Evlilik

İngiltere'nin en büyük gazete grubu Trinity Mirror plc, Local World Holdings'i satın almak için harekete geçti.

İngiltere'de Daily Mirror, Sunday Mirror ve People başta olmak üzere 240 gazete ve dergi yayımcısı Trinity Mirror grubunun 220 milyon sterline (337 milyon dolara) Local World Holdings'i satın alacağı bildirilidi.

Trinity Mirror,  Local World Holdings'i satın almasıyla İngilterenin en büyük bölgesel gazete yayıncısı olacak.

Satın alma hakkında Reuters'a açıklama yapan Trinity Mirror Plc yetkilileri   Local World Holdings'in tamamını satın almayacaklarını sadece hisselerini alacaklarını açıkladı.

Local World'ün yüzde 38,7'lik hissesini elinde bulunduran Daily Mail ve General Trust Plc ise satın almayı doğruladı.
