Mechel's steel production in the first half of 2022 amounted to approximately 1.9 million tons, an increase of 7% compared to the same period of the previous year.
The company's pig iron production increased by 6% to 1.7 million tons and coal production increased by 7% to 6 million tons.
The sales volume of coking coal decreased by 16% to 1.2 million tons and the production volume of coking coal decreased by 12% to 2.1 million tons.
