According to the disclosure, a Lighting Poles Purchase Agreement amounting to approximately USD 1,050,000 (excluding VAT) was signed between Kıraç Galvaniz and FNS Otoyol Yatırım ve İşletme A.Ş. within the scope of the “Ankara–Kırıkkale–Delice Motorway Construction, Operation and Transfer Project under the Build-Operate-Transfer Model.” The agreement covers the production and delivery of lighting poles for the motorway project.
