"Şirketimizin 29.03.2021 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında alınan 9 no'lu kararın yürütmesinin geri bırakılması ve iptali için Kaptan Demir Çelik Endüstrisi ve Ticaret A.Ş. tarafından Karabük 1. Asliye Hukuk Mahkemesi'nin 2021/93 Esas sayılı dosyasıyla Şirketimiz aleyhine dava açılmıştır."
