Kamu Alacakları İçin Gecikme Zammı Oranı Düşürüldü

Kamu alacakları için uygulanan gecikme zammı oranı yüzde 2,5'ten yüzde 2'ye çekildi.

Amme Alacakları İçin Uygulanan Gecikme Zammı Oranının Yeniden Belirlenmesine İlişkin Cumhurbaşkanı Kararı, Resmi Gazete'de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe girdi.

Karara göre, 6183 sayılı Amme Alacaklarının Tahsil Usulü Hakkında Kanun'da yer alan gecikme zammı oranı, her ay için ayrı ayrı uygulanmak üzere yüzde 2 oldu.

Söz konusu oran, yüzde 2,5 olarak uygulanıyordu.
