Japan's fiscal year 2022 budget to exceed $950 billion

In the news of the Kyodo agency, it was noted that in the annual budget, which has increased every year since 2012, the Japanese budget, which has been breaking records for the last 9 years in a row, will reach a new record in the fiscal year that will start in April 2022.

BUDGET TO BE APPROVED AT THE END OF DECEMBER

Prime Minister Kishida Fumio is expected to approve the general budget draft towards the end of December. The draft budget will then be enacted in the ordinary parliamentary general assembly by March 2022.

The current budget for fiscal 2021, which ends on March 31, 2022, was recorded as 106.6 trillion yen.
