Tokyo Steel, Japan's leading steelmaker, increased its scrap purchase prices.

Japan Tokyo Steel raises scrap prices

Tokyo Steel, Japan's leading steelmaker, increased its scrap purchase prices.
Effective September 10, H2 scrap prices were increased by $21 for its four mills. The new prices are at $340 for delivery to the Tahara and Utsunomiya plant.
