Istanbul Chamber of Industry announced the ISO 500 list. As every year, many iron and steel companies were included in the ISO 500 list in 2023.
Ereğli Demir Çelik, which ranked 5th in the ISO 500 list in 2022, decreased 5 places in 2023 and ranked 10th with 79.5 billion in sales from production.
Iskenderun Demir Çelik, which ranked 6th in the list in 2022 with 76.8 billion TL production-based sales, ranked 12th in the 2023 list.
Çolakoğlu Metalurji, on the other hand, ranked 14th with 61.3 billion in sales from production, down one place from 13th in the previous year.
İçdaş Çelik Enerji Tersane ve Ulaşım Sanayi A.Ş., which ranked 12th in the list last year, decreased 6 places to 18th place in the 2023 list with a production-based sales figure of 54.5 billion TL.
Tosçelik decreased 4 places in the list compared to the previous year and ranked 21st in the list with 48.4 billion TL production-based sales figure.
Kardemir, on the other hand, increased its ranking and ranked 26th in the list with a production-based sales figure of 38.4 billion TL.
