The Iskenderun Iron and Steel plant, which is in the top five in Turkey's largest 500 companies, is going through a difficult process.

It is stated that there are great losses in İsdemir personnel, and that after these losses, approximately 400 personnel are needed for some parts.

İsdemir, which plans to restart production in a gradual and controlled manner after the damage assessment works are completed, is experiencing a personnel shortage.

While İsdemir is trying to heal her wounds, Kardemir will try to support İsdemir in this regard, according to a news report in the Karabük local source. If there are personnel who want to leave voluntarily, the situation assessment will be made at the KARDEMİR Board of Directors meeting to be held in the coming days.
