İsdemir is adding a new one to its renewable energy investments. The company will invest in a new solar power plant in the Lice district of Diyarbakır. TRY 701.6 million (701,689,824) of financing has been allocated for the project.
EIA certificate approved
The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) certificate for the "İsdemir Diyarbakır SPP" project was approved by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
According to the EIA report prepared by En-Çev Enerji A.Ş., the “İsdemir Diyarbakır SPP” project will have an installed capacity of 50.99 MWm / 40 MWe / 50.99 MWp and will utilize a total of 92,718 solar panels and 8 inverters. This equipment will be highly efficient and will support environmentally friendly energy production.
