İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım (İş REIC) presented the balance sheet data for the 4th quarter of 2022 to its investors. In the financial statements announced by the company, it was seen that its revenue increased more than 6 times compared to 2021. However, the increase in the gross profit of İş REIC was 55 percent in this period. The increase in net profit more than met the expectations of the investors.

İş REIC increased its sales by 41% compared to the same period of 2021, from 488 million 577 thousand TL to 686 million 935 thousand TL. While the gross profit of the company increased by 55% to 447 million 492 thousand TL, its operating profit increased by 486 percent to 8,654,364,000 TL. In the same period of last year, İş REIC announced a profit of 1,329,919,000 TL. The source of profit was the increase in the value of investment properties.
