Hür Çelik officials stated that the establishment process of the office has been completed and they are in the process of starting operations. "We have made serious investments in exports in recent years. Opening a branch office in Europe has been on our agenda for a long time. In line with this goal, we are taking the first step with an office in Düsseldorf," the company officials explained, adding that this initiative aims to provide closer and more effective service to customers in Europe.

The company's Düsseldorf office is positioned as a center that covers not only sales, but also technical support, one-to-one customer relations and after-sales services. Hür Çelik officials stated, "We do not sell our product and then withdraw. We continue to stand by our customers. We want to reach our customers in Europe not only by phone but also face to face when necessary. We made this investment in order to act faster and more professionally when there is a problem or when a meeting is required."
