China

The China's scrap market was quiet throughout the week. It has been updated generally horizontally since last week. While it was updated horizontally as 355 USD on October 11-12-13, it increased and was recorded as 361 USD on October 16. On October 17 and 18, it decreased again and fell to the level of 355 USD.

Looking at China's rebar, while it has been rising steadily since last week, it decreased to 502 USD on October 17, compared to the previous day.

On October 17-18, it was updated horizontally to 502 USD.

India

The India's scrap market decreased gradually throughout the week. Scrap, which started the week at 413 USD, dropped to 407 USD on October 16 and remained flat on October 17. On October 18, it decreased to 403 USD.

When we look at India's rebar prices, we see the downward trend that dominated the week. Rebar, which was updated horizontally to 595 USD on October 16 and 17, was recorded at 591 USD on October 18.
