According to sources, the U.S. Department of Commerce has set final anti-dumping duties for light-walled rectangular pipes imported from Mexico and China. From August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021, the prices of products of companies in these countries were deliberately decreased. It was determined that the sales of light-walled rectangular pipes and tubes were made at lower prices than usual.
For products from Mexico, the tariff range previously in force from 3.13-5.44% has been extended to 1.56-9.20%. For Chinese companies, the rate was increased from 45.02% to 63.16%.
