According to the final outcomes of the Anti-Dumping (AD) investigation, the U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC) found that some cold-rolled steel flat product manufacturers/exporters in South Korea sold the concerned products at prices lower than their normal values during the review period from September 1, 2021, to August 31, 2022.
Consequently, Hyundai Steel Company received a weighted average dumping margin of approximately 0.88%, while POSCO/POSCO International Corporation and KG Dongbu Steel Co., Ltd. received dumping margins of 2.70% and 2.13%, respectively.
