U.S. Imposed anti-dumping measures on corrosion-resistant steel products from the Netherlands

U.S. Imposed anti-dumping measures on corrosion-resistant steel products from the Netherlands

Following the preliminary findings published on April 10, 2025, the Department issued its final determination on August 25, 2025. During this process, an additional analysis note published on July 17, 2025, indicated certain adjustments to the pricing methodology.

As a result of the review, a 22.64% anti-dumping margin was established for Tata Steel IJmuiden BV, Wuppermann Staal Nederland BV, and Service Center Maastricht BV. The same rate will apply to all other producers and exporters.

The decision took effect on August 29, 2025.

The Department of Commerce stated that, while it considered all comments and objections regarding the product scope, no changes were made to the scope definition. Furthermore, it confirmed that Tata-Wuppermann’s sales and cost information were verified on-site and that all documents were examined in accordance with standard procedures.
