In addition to Iran's 9 oil and petrochemical companies, which are on the US sanctions list in February, 6 companies engaged in shipping and sales and 20 shipping ships were added.
Anthony Blinken, United States Secretary of State, reported in writing that it imposed sanctions on 20 shipping vessels operating under companies in China, Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates. Additionally, he announced that sanctions could be imposed on companies that facilitate the Iranian petrochemical trade.
