The U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC) has determined the final outcome of the AD task administrative review at OCTG from Ukraine's Interpipe company. During the inspection period from 1st July, 2020 to 30th June, 2021, it was determined that Ukrainian steelmakers for oil field pipe products (OCTG) sold below normal values.
Presidency Interpipe Europe S.A., Interpipe Ukraine LLC, PJSC Interpipe Niznedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant, LLC set the average dumping margin for Interpipe Niko Tube at 1.55%.
The antidumping duty is reported to be effective from 23th March, 2023.
