The support package related to urban transformation has been announced.
According to the statement of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, the upper limit of loans per person has been increased from 600 thousand TL to 1 million 250 thousand TL within the scope of the financing package. The Treasury will cover up to 840 basis points of the financing cost.
SUPPORT FOR HOUSING PRODUCER COMPANIES
In the process of urban transformation, support will also be provided to housing producer companies. The compensation rate applied so far under the Treasury-backed bail-out system will be increased from 7 percent to 9 percent in this package.
12 MONTH NON-PAYMENT LOAN
With the financing package, up to TL 250 million will be offered with a total maturity of 48 months with a grace period of 12 months. In this context, the 50 billion TL bail limit has been opened for use.
