Early in April, China's steel market experienced a further drop. For the first time since the year's began, rebar exchange quotes in Shanghai dropped to less than 4,000 yuan ($582) per ton. Chinese metallurgical enterprises have once more lowered the price of their export-ready goods. For Vietnamese clients, offers for commercial hot-rolled products dropped to less than $620 per tonne CFR.
As we mentioned earlier; because it is "out of season," the demand for metal products has decreased over the last few months in Ukraine.
