UK TRA eyes China's AD measures on aluminum extrusions

The request, made at the request of a British manufacturer, provided new industry information that could affect the TRA's original findings, claiming that the dumping duties imposed did not accurately reflect harmful dumping levels and that the advertising measure should not exclude large aluminum extrusions. After completing its re-evaluation, the TRA will make a decision to maintain or amend its recommendation and notify the Secretary of State for Business and Trade.
