According to data compiled by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), Türkiye's welded pipe exports in June 2024 increased by 0.5% y/y reaching 201,359 tons from 200,321 tons in the same month of the previous year.
However, this figure was decreased by 2.4% compared to May 2024.
Total welded pipe exports in the January-June period increased by 13.2% y/y reaching 1,054,613 tons from 931,522 tons in the previous year.
Romania led the list of countries to which Türkiye exported welded pipes in June, with 63,413 tons. The UK followed with 17,404 tons, and the US with 14,962 tons.
