Türkiye's rebar imports increased by 32.7% in January-October period

According to data collected by SteelRadar from Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), Türkiye's rebar imports increased by 79.6% y-o-y from 8,924 tons to 16,030 tons in October 2024. There was a 66.3% increase compared to the previous month of September.

Total rebar imports in January-October period increased by 32.7% y-o-y from 84,677 tons to 112,347 tons.

Türkiye's largest rebar import country in October was Italy with 675 tons, followed by Germany with 84 tons and Austria with 0.7 tons.
