The Algerian iron and steel company Tosyali Algeria will export around 150,000 tons of steel to Spain in the coming days. The Algerian Minister for Trade and Export Promotion, Tayeb Zitouni, expressed his openness to establishing economic relations with Spain.

He pointed out that Spain has taken a sovereign and courageous stance towards the Palestinian cause, which Algeria supports. Zitouni emphasized that Algerian diplomacy is based on economic and political principles. Trade relations with Spain are normal and the Algerian economic actor has a fighter mentality and has taken many positions without instructions from the government.

The company was awarded the prize for the best exporter in the category of exporting industrial companies at the second edition of the "Prize of the President of the Republic for the Best Exporter" for the year 2023.
