The Spanish Steel Association (UNESID) has released statistics showing the steel production status of Spain. According to these data, it was observed that there was a monthly increase of 50.1% in steel production in September, while there was a decrease of 19% annually.
Statistics show that 9 million tons of steel were produced in the first nine months of the year.
Scrap recycled by industry in September increased by 86.1% compared to August. Looking at the annual situation, it is seen that there is a 23% decrease in converted scrap.
