Luxembourg-based steel pipe manufacturer Tenaris announced that it has supplied casing pipe for the Graben-Neudorf geothermal project located near Karlsruhe, Germany.
The project includes two wells 4,000 metres deep and its main objective is the production of heat and electricity.
"The Graben-Neudorf project is an important milestone for Tenaris in strengthening its position in the German geothermal energy market. We have two vertically integrated plants in Europe and we are committed to continue investing to expand our capabilities and product range," said Fabio Bianco, Tenaris Sales Manager.
