Tata Steel, one of India's leading steel producers, announced that it will merge with its subsidiary Indian Steel and Wire Products (ISWPL).
According to the information received, Tata Steel will hold a meeting with its stakeholders to obtain merger approval until 25 January.
After the merger, Tata Steel will focus on growth and efficiency.
Indian Steel and Wire Products (ISWPL) produces wire rod, steel wire, rebar and wire products. It is also involved in the direct marketing of nails, rolled products and cast steel products.
