Taiwan's rebar demand will improve

Taiwan's rebar demand in the fourth quarter is expected to improve further compared to the previous quarter.

The main reason for lower rebar demands was that construction projects and public works contracts fell by 30-50% in the third quarter. In addition, demands were below contract figures due to rains in Taiwan. However, it is thought that this situation will improve in the fourth quarter.
