According to the price announcement, scrap purchase price increased by 300NT$/ton and reach to 11.300NT$/ton. Rebar and section steel prices increased by 200NT$/ton and 500NT$/ton and reach to 20.500NT$/ton and 26.800NT$/ton, respectively. The adjustment of the rebar prices was in line with the market expectations.
Feng Hsin stated in its statement that there were no offer from the USA scrap shipments. In the same period, H2 scrap prices of Japan remain stable in 405 USA$/ton. Containerized scrap prices of USA and iron ore prices of Australia increased by %1.32 and %4.55, respectively.
