Seamless pipe imports of Türkiye decreased by 14.8% in January-April period

SteelRadar compiled data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) and reported that Türkiye's seamless pipe imports in April increased by 32.2% compared to the same month of the previous year, rising from 34,608 tons to 45,743 tons. This number was up 77.5% compared to the previous month.

In January-April period, total seamless pipe imports decreased by 14.8% y/y from 142,411 tons to 121,276 tons.

The leading import destination of Türkiye was China with 36,539 tons, followed by Ukraine with 3,146 tons and Romania with 1,179 tons.
